Streamline grant management with Jira, Confluence, and Loom | Webinar recording

Hi Everyone,

This week we hosted the second webinar in our Small teams, big impact series.
The session showed how to use Jira, Confluence, and Loom for grant management.

You can watch the recording below. Or it is also available at the bottom of our nonprofit resources page.

The recording is the demo from our APAC session with the AMER/EMEA questions added to the end.

Don't miss our final webinar in the series next week - Tracking service delivery and building a knowledge base in Jira & Confluence. Register for APAC & AMER/EMEA sessions.

I wanted to follow up on two questions we received in the webinar.
Q1: Is it possible to add a team member on a specific grant/task without them accessing all other grants that they don't need to access/work on?

It is possible. To do this you can use Issue Security SchemesThis is the most professional way to restrict access within a single project. You can create an Issue Security Scheme that hides specific grants from anyone not explicitly assigned to them.

  • How it works: You create a security level called "Project Team Only."
  • The Logic: You set the security level so that an issue is only visible to the Reporter, the Assignee, and a specific Admin group.
  • You'd likely want to use automation/apply a default issue security to ensure visibility to other issues in the space remain locked down.

Q2: Does Jira integrate with CRMs like Salesforce.
Yes - Here is some info on connectors for Jira & Salesforce. Here is info on integrations with Jira more broadly.

Let us know if you have any other questions here!
