10 for Change 2026: Show Up, Speak Up, Give Back at Community Events

Hello Atlassian Community! Last year, we came together for 10 for Change: Show up + give back, turning your Community Event attendance into real-world impact for women and girls around the globe. You showed up in a big way and we’re not stopping there.

This March, in honor of International Women’s Day, we’re bringing 10 for Change back with a new goal: Every seat filled, every story shared, every voice for her.

How it works in March 2026

• For every attendee at an Atlassian Community Event in March, Atlassian will donate $10 USD to partner organizations advancing gender equity and opportunities for women and girls around the world.

• Partners: Women in Tech, Girls Who Code, Malala Fund, Plan International, Equality Now.

Your part is simple

1. Attend any Atlassian Community Event in March — every attendee adds $10 to the pool.

2. Show up however you can — in-person or virtual.

3. Spread the word!

Why this matters

• Get more girls into classrooms and keep them there.

• Create safe, inclusive pathways into tech careers.

• Change laws and systems that hold women and girls back.

I really love this initiative @Cassie Mayes ! I can link this to the Atlassian Community Chapter that recently started in Zaragoza, Spain, under the leadership of @Elena Martín .

Besides spreading Atlassian based information and partnering with multiple tech leaders there, she has a focus on giving back to the community and strengthening the women's community around her. It's very interesting. 

Also, kudos to @Karla Flores, who has been collaborating actively with this community.

It's great to see these communities and initiatives blossom 🤩
