Hello,

Nice to meet Jira Community ! Here is my first question.

Is Jira able to monitor, track an record user access request with a workflow a validation (mutliple accesses, tools and tool admins?

I would liek an access coordinator can request for tool accesses in Jira, and that this request creates multiple workflow with other users interactions. All stages should be trackable and recorded on a data base easily exportable.

Thank you,

Chris

Hi @Christophe Naït and welcome to Community!

Jira is indeed able to manage access requests, Jira Service Desk in particular should meet your needs (see Jira Service Desk: Getting Started).

Everything is tracked under Jira, so you'll be able to report on who did what at what time and then to export this data into an Excel sheet.

Hope this helps,

- Manon
