Apparently there is an upload in progress. Avoid ctrl+V while creating issues.

Hey, i didn't use crtl+V, as i removed uploaded images & then click on create button. then , After that, message displayed with attachment section & unable to create ticket as i i added screenshot for reference

This is a serious issue with JIRA User's.

FYI- please look at screenshot first & verify this.

& reply me once you follow that steps & share your concern.
