Hi All,
My organization wants to use Jira Service Desk as our next Service Management system.
We have also just install the Jira Application with Confluence, I am new to this product but find it pretty exciting.
I am looking for some help our guidelines in terms of an configuration and setup guide.
I have been playing with the pieces but need a guide as such.
I will be gratefully for any guidance that you can offer.
