Sadly these emails happen on a regular basis. Ignore and delete them.
Some of them might be even scams as legitimacy cannot be confirmed. And I agree with Nic, it is probably not even legal.

As the others said, just ignore/delete them. I always smile, when they try to sell data about Greenhopper users... :D
