Not exactly new to Jira, but interested in new working practices

Hi everyone. I've been a Jira user for years, but until fairly recently have had a configuration imposed on me. I'm inquisitive by nature, so when the opportunity arose, I started to look at ways to improve my use of it. The community is a super helpful way to do this. I hope to learn from others, but also help you if I can.
