Hi ALL,
I am very new to Jira and JQL query language. I'd like to know what are your favorite training resources for learning its use and why? What did you find most appealing, the instructor, the flow of information, the graphics, the examples? Were you able to duplicate the examples easily in a sandbox of your own or your company's? These are things that I like when they go well and that turn me off when they don't. I look forward to meeting you and sharing on this learning journey. May the FUN begin!
Hi Melody,
Welcome!
I mostly learn Jira by studying the documentation which I find very helpful. The free skillbuilders are also a great way to extend your knowledge and understant better how Jira works. Also this community helps a lot with great solutions.
In terms of testing, I have a cloud instance that I use.
You can check the documentation below for more information about JQL:
You could also check this free skillbuilder: https://training.atlassian.com/jql-in-jira-service-management and this free training: https://training.atlassian.com/Jira-jql
