Hi there @Santiago Pinzon and welcome!

This is an EASY one to answer and I can give you far MORE than 10 thoughts. A little while ago the Atlassian Community Leaders were pointed to a discussion (which I can't currently find) BUT I can find a link to a guide that was distilled out of that. It's very good and contains a few of my small thoughts plus thoughts from a lot of humans I respect a lot in this world.
