Need to prevent access to product for external users
Hi community,
Im trying to grant access to an external user for a single project under a paid JIRA Software product. On our domain we also have a free version of JIRA Work Management product.
I was able to follow the instructions here , to add the users to the specific project under the JIRA software product.
However the external user has access to our JIRA work Management product. This is an issues as we manage all our recruiting and finances under this project.
I've made sure users with any domain only have access to the JIRA software product:
but the external users still have access to JIRA Work Management product.
Is there a setting im missing somewhere ?
