I dont see the deskboards

All users cant see the deskboards

Jira write "Cant connect to your deskboards"

Whose dashboard is it?

Make sure the dashboard has not been deleted, that it has been made private

Have you updated JIRA?

I created all dashboards and all users saw it before

Nobody was deleted it

Anyway, its imposible to create a new dashboard. It writed "Сервер Jira доступен, но вернул сообщение об ошибке. Мы не уверены в результате этой операции."

New information:

several users see this then enter in jiira:

UI of jiira rools is very bad and I cant understant something in there

But I nothing changed

now they can enter but dashboards nobody see
