I have multiple values in Sprint field for defects where I want to filter defects with Sprint when they created in.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

An issue will have multiple sprint values when it has passed through more than one sprint.

Looking for issues that have a certain sprint on them is sort of missing the point of sprints, and it is not really that useful when you're doing sprints (no-one really cares what sprint an issue was created and adopted in, you care about whether it got done or not).  I cannot say this is right for you, but I think you probably need to be looking at something else - rather than sprint, look at creation date for example.
