Comment cancel button erase the texts

Hi,

In our comment field, we have both Visual and Text tabs. We have found that if we type something in Text and switch to Visual then click cancel, the texts will be erased without the confirmation dialog. 

Does anyone experience the same issue and know how to resolve it?

This is a major design flaw that leads to a potentially huge loss of work/time.

There really shouldn't even *be* a cancel button for a comment section for project management related pages, let alone not issuing a confirmation dialogue when you hit it accidentally...
