I'm doing light Jira work now (2019) at my current gig, a re-Startup online pharmacy catering to people taking multiple maintenance medications per day with innovative packaging and dedicated patient support.
Previous gigs include many with me as the Jira-meister running Scrum projects where I've utilized lots of addons (like ScriptRunner) and have done REST API work.
I'm always on the lookout for tips & tricks that will help me manage Jira better and make it as easy as possible to use for developers and non-technical stakeholders.
