Customer / Product Support Offshore BPO Recommendations

Hello—I just got back from Atlassian Teams 25 and met some NYC people so joined the community! Thought this would be a good forum to get some offshore BPO feedback/recommendations.

My company Electric is just a few weeks away from standing up our new JSM instance for customer support and we're exploring options to expand our Product Support coverage, aiming to eventually offer 24-hour support. As we look to scale, we're considering partnering with an offshore provider to help us get there efficiently. A few key things we're prioritizing in a potential partner are:

  • Scalability & Quick Resourcing: The ability to ramp up support capacity quickly as our customer base grows.
  • 24/7 Coverage: Essential for our long-term goals.
  • Cost-Effectiveness: Always a consideration!
  • Excellent English Fluency: Crucial for a positive customer experience.
    Fast Ramp-Up Time: We'd ideally like to get them up to speed and contributing quickly.

Has anyone had positive experiences with offshore Product Support providers that might fit this bill?

Any recommendations or even companies to steer clear of would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have any recommendations, but I am looking in this very same scenario now, so if I come across anything I'll be sure to post back here.
