What is the timeline on the changes being rolled out for Data Center ?

Hi,

Is there are timeline for the changes (which are planned for Cloud) being rolled out for Data Center 10.5 and greater ?

* Replacement of "issue" by "work"

* New layout for Confluence

* New layout for top navigation bar and 'sidebar'

I don't believe that those changes are planned for Data Center
