The exception in the log points to UPM, which is an Atlassian resource, where we do not have stakes in.

My assumption is, that this exception may come from an add-on merge: In the past Story Map had two cloud listings, which have been merged earlier this year. Fourkitchens has had a subscription for the old add-on key, and wants to renew this subscription for the new add-on key. Please contact Arun Bhala for further details.

Strange. It has the correct permissions and I'm not seeing the same errors in the logs. Please reach out to their support team. These were the initial errors I was seeing the logs:

The add-on enables but for some reason the subscription is breaking. I'll freeze the issue pending their feedback. Please let me know if they need anything from our end.

I have uninstalled, deleted, installed probably 5 times now.

which error did you get?

please try to uninstall the add on completely and then reinstall it. If that does not help we have to open a ticket at Atlassian Help Center

I would like to install the User Story Map add on.  However, when I try it gives me an error.  I would love to have the free trial, but I am willing to pay for it for a month as I have had a free trial in the past.
