Get a field number mapped to a field name

Hi All,

Is it possible to view the database field numbers that correspond with the below/attached field names.

AIO Power BI - user getting values using api to view the data.

Is there a way to get this data through the API within changelog or changeitem ?

If there's an alternative to get this data kindly please advise.
