I usually drop Semrush exports into Confluence using CSV tables and pair them with simple page templates for audits and keyword updates. For anything that needs teamwork, I embed Google Sheets so the data stays fresh without constant reuploads. I also mix in off-site insights from things like my Reddit SEO strategy, which helped me spot backlink gaps before adding them to Confluence workflows.
