I'm planning a video series while at Team'26 Europe, focused on Atlassian Cloud migration — the real talk version, not the marketing-slide version. Think: how companies actually advocate for and push through a cloud migration internally, what breaks, what convinces stakeholders, what nobody tells you until you're mid-project.
