Loom offers an asynchronous video recording product, and it is not the same as a webinar or meeting software like Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc. You won't be able to stream a presentation like with the tools I just mentioned as Loom is all about record now, let people watch later.
If you still need help configuring Loom, since we're all volunteers on this public forum and don't have access to your account, it's helpful to include screenshots of what you are seeing (any private information blurred out or covered) so that other forum users can help you figure out the issue.
