"Replacing Audio" taking months to process

Is it normal for the "Replacing Audio" function to take months to process the changing of a couple words?

I have 10 videos that have been processing for over 2 months, some of them I was only changing 1 word in the transcript. If I try the revert back button it says I will lose all my changes/updates.

Hi @BG, Loom PM here, apologies for the hassle. The replace audio feature is currently in beta, and the team is focused on closing out any remaining issues and getting it to full 'GA-worthiness.'

Meantime, please do let Shahili know your cloud site URL and the IDs of the impacted videos, and we will follow up to assist.

That is not normal.  I am assuming you are using a free version of the application so I will escalate this to Atlassian.
