iOS recording not loading

I recorded several videos today and I’m unable to view them. I see the preview but when I click on the video it just loads indefinitely and never plays. When I try to download it gives me an error message. Screenshot attached. Any help is greatly appreciated .

Have you tried viewing the videos on another device at all? I think you'll need to open a ticket with the support team for assistance: https://support.atlassian.com/loom/
