Trying to do a recording of a slide presentation and the following message comes up that apparently will not save the recording until this is addressed:
Change your default workspace in Settings or contact your administrator to create a workspace
Have gone to settings but don't see where this can be done - any suggesitons please?
when I click on "Download zip" under Manage on LOOM - it shows only programmable info, nothing I can respond or do anything with - please advise - very frustrating!
I don't see "Manage on Loom" or "Default Workspace" - doesn't show up when I click on the link you sent. Also, what am I supposed to do to set up the workspace correctly to save recordings? This is not at all clear what someone is supposed to do. Please provide specific instructions so I can follow what you expect needs to be done. Thank you!

It is possible we have different kinds of Loom accounts. I suggest you open a support ticket to Loom to ask them for assistance -

For me, the option to see the default workspace is here - https://www.loom.com/settings/account
In the My Account tab
I have to scroll down past the 'Manage on Atlassian' section to get to here
