Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have two e-mails, one business and one private, as an administrator, I am logged into the business account. Normally, on my desktop, I am logged into both accounts and now when choosing a subscription, the administrator account is required, and if I want to include my private account, I pay twice. Now I need it to record my lectures for school, which I go through my private account, and I don't need it for business, and now I don't know how to make a subscription so that I can record my lectures that go through Temsa and into my private account, and I don't need to pay twice. I will only use it for one thing and for three months, and that's what I need now? If anyone knows the answer to my problem, please help. Thanks

@Mario Bošković - It'd be best to work directly with Atlassian on this.

Go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and choose the "Billing" option. Good luck!
