I am a new subscriber to the business AI plan and I am struggling with video quality. I have a good webcam, but when selecting video quality in the desktop app I am often only offered 480p or lower. Sometimes 720p and only once, 1080p. I have a good webcam and am working on a mac airbook. Any idea what could be going on or how I can fix this problem? Thank you!
