I had loom videos in my loom.com account, but now I'm being routed to atlassian and all my loom videos are no where to be found.

@Buy American - it is possible you had multiple workspaces and are logged into a different one. Since you're in the Loom app, can you search for the ? at the bottom right hand of your app's screen and submit a ticket to our support team? This could potentially happen if, for some reason, accounts were 'switched.'
Have you checked which account you're logged into? If you haven't merged your previous/old Loom account and the Atlassian one, then that might be the reason. More on that here: Merge Atlassian and Loom accounts
Another thing you could check is if you're using multiple workspaces. If so, you might switch to a different/old workspace if you're being redirected to the new one.
Last thing is you could reach out to Atlassian Support - especially if you have at least one link to an old video. They should be able to check to which account the video is linked.
