We keep getting this error despite being the admin, to log in to loom Please assist

I'd suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support here 👈
It should redirect you to the Loom itself and the widget you can use to submit the ticket.
In case you cannot reach Loom support from there (due to auth issues), you can try using the following channel: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing
