got the email on the change over from loom, but nothing works and the email was flat wrong. seems like sonos. Terrible.
Check this Atlassian post on how to get in touch with their Support to resolve login issues.
here is part of the email - the problem is that login did not work, would not let me log in after PW reset, and would not let me contact support because that requires a login. I don't want to spend a lot of time on this.
