WTF w/ moving from Loom - login does not work

got the email on the change over from loom, but nothing works and the email was flat wrong.  seems like sonos.  Terrible.

here is part of the email - the problem is that login did not work, would not let me log in after PW reset, and would not let me contact support because that requires a login.  I don't want to spend a lot of time on this.

 

Great news! Your Loom profile has been successfully migrated to Atlassian.

As part of this new integration, we've logged you out of Loom. Simply log back in with your existing Loom credentials to pick up right where you left off.
