Hi team.

I am having issues logging into the platform, I've just reset my password however am receiving the following error message

"Could not authenticate with Altassian, please try again.  if the issue persists, reach out to an admin or the Loom support team"

Hello @Joseph Di Bennardo 

This error is typically caused by a broken authentication loop from the Loom/Atlassian integration, not your password.

Try logging in using an incognito window with your ad-blocker turned off, making sure you're using your usual method (Google, Slack, or Apple). If that doesn't work, it's likely a backend sync glitch that needs Loom's no-login support team to fix.
