Hi - I need to change the email address on our work account due to staff changes. I have unlinked other programs but it will not get me to the new login page to enter the new address.

You can change your Loom email, but it depends on how your account is managed (especially after Atlassian integration).
Try these steps:
Go to Personal Settings → Contact info in Loom.
Make sure your account has a password set.
Disconnect Google/Slack/SSO login if linked.
Enter the new email and verify it.
Check spam/junk for the verification code.
Important notes:
If the new email already has a Loom account, it must be deleted first.
If your profile is managed by Atlassian or your organization, you may not be able to change it yourself — an admin must update it.
If the page won’t allow changes at all, contact Loom/Atlassian support.

In short:
Most issues happen because the account is SSO-managed, already linked to another account, or not fully verified — not because the feature is unavailable.
