I get an error message when trying to contact Loom Support. "unable to submit support ticket, please try again"
I tried emailing, but that didn't work either.

No matter what I do, I cannot reach anyone. My account will not let me invite anyone. Again, I get an oh so helpful error message "There was an issue sending your invites. Please try again."
Loom is uniquely frustrating on so many levels, and I've had problems over the years, but this one is infuriating. If anyone from Loom actually reads this (and I have a feeling I know the answer to that) please contact me.
Hi, @Karen - not sure what might be going on here, but you can also contact Loom in a variety of other ways.
I'd probably try contacting without logging in at this point:
Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
Continue without logging in.
Enter your email.
In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.

I'm so sorry you had trouble contacting us through the normal route via our Contact Form in your Loom Library - we're investigating the ticket creation errors you faced as a high priority, and can help you with this issue with invites in the meantime.
If you've already taken the steps above to open a ticket, I may not be finding it with the info we have available, so please feel free to share the ticket number in a reply here (it'll probably be in this format: CA-######).

I didn't get an email confirmation for my first ticket, so I don't have the ticket number. Just submitted another one, ticket number CA-3983119

I am in the same boat. Why in the world did Loom partner with some random company that no one can get ahold of? I am so irritated myself, and I cannot get ahold of anyone.
I have never been so disappointed in Loom.
This sucks.
