Every time it records it doesn't publish in my dashboard and mic never works I tried swapping from headphones to earphones still doesn't work... 

 

Please if anyone can help I appreciate it.

 

Edit: why is there 46 views and nobody is helping me? I am paying this bleedy software $10 a month and nobody cannot help

Answering this question, I just want to support you. I've also faced some Loom problems, and I've contacted Loom support; they have helped. I recommend reaching out to Lomm support.

Are you using the Chrome extension, the Mac app, or PC app? Can you also confirm you're logged into the correct account by following the instructions here?

Is your Chrome browser up to date? You might also try to remove and reinstall the browser extension. As Mariia mentioned, you can also reach out to support - they have a great team!
