I have a Loom account that was created under my old business email jwest@westinnovationmarketing.com that I am having trouble getting into right now. I have lots of work in there and do not want to lose it. The only password I have does not work anymore and of course the Forgot Password will send to the email that does not work anymore. How can I gain access to that account again? I would really love an actual person to speak with but of course there is no number to call.
do i put my old email in the company email or my new email which is a gmail email?
