Is there a way to set some rules to automatically move meeting notes and videos into specific spaces and folders after they are created ?
We'd like for example to get all Sales meetings organized into a specific folder, and doing it manually is not efficient.

It is possible if you make a new meeting note to have automation to move the page into a folder after creation.
You will need to provide the full body of the page in the api call.
See, as example:
This example is based upon a template, so a templated page is created and then moved to the folder "draft"
@Florian Royer unfortunately, Loom doesn't support auto-sorting of videos in its library. I recorded almost 500 videos last year, so I know manual sorting can become bothersome. 😫
I haven't found any mentions or open suggestions to implement some kind of automation when it comes to their platform. Also, Loom does not have a classic API, just Loom SDK as stated here.
As for meeting notes (in Confluence), you could use Confluence automation as Marc mentioned. Potentially, it can be simplified a bit, but it depends on the particular use case.
