I cant change the admin rights as the person has left the company

Hello, i need to change the admin for our account. I cant do anything as the guy has left the company. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, i cant get hold of any contact for support and increasingly frustrated with this platform and its support. Hope someone can help - Stephen

Hi @Stephen Dabney ,

I believe you should be able to reach out to support via this channel: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing
You can try using "Your Account" or "Other" category for "How can we help you?" input 👀

Once you fill out everything, that should raise a request where the billing & licensing team should be able to assist you. 

The other channel is this one: Atlassian Support > but it might be a bit tricky you don't have any admins left, as the requirement is for an admin to raise a request on there.
