I can't hit the record button (Grayed out button problem)

Hey guys, I just downloaded the app and I'm having a problem actually recording. The "record" button has a lock icon and it's grayed out. I can't actually click it.

I've tried deleting and downloading the app again, using the chrome extension, closing all the apps that may be recording my screen and, still, nothing happens. 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
