I used to download recorded Zoom meetings when I had vivo Y28. Unfortunately, I lost that device. Now I have bought a new one. I signed into same Google account and Loom Account. I am unable to download recorded Zoom meetings through Loom app.
On which plan is your Loom account or workspace? I'm asking because not all roles (admins/creators) and plans have the ability to download videos. You can learn more about that here: Download your Loom video
The other thing is that the video 'owner' needs to enable video downloading in recording settings. I'd suggest checking this subsection in the same article 👈
Note: Admins/creators on a Starter Free plan cannot download videos. Creator Lites can’t download videos on any plan.
On the free plan, you cannot download videos (there's no option for it)
The cloud storage still supports those 25 vids (see Starter plan FAQ), although this limitation might/will change to under 10 once your Loom workspace is integrated with Atlassian systems.

Have you tried Loom Meeting Recordings, which automatically records your Zoom meetings an turns them into Loom recordings? This will save you from having to download them from Zoom and upload them into Loom. Meeting Recording is available on all subscription levels 😀
I have already tried this. Loom Notetaker records my Zoom meetings, which are stored in Loom App through which I download. Fortunately, the download option is working now (that query here is solved).
