I received an email this afternoon telling me Thank You for getting Loom. Until that moment, I had never heard of Loom. I Googled it and that led me to Atlassian. I want this account closed and deleted. I have already tried deleting through the account settings but it tells me that it can't be deleted due to pending actions. Please Help!
It sounds like an unwelcome Loom signup through Atlassian, but don't worry! The "pending actions" issue typically indicates that you have ongoing subscriptions that prevent deletion or that you are on a paid plan.
A quick cure is to go to account settings, downgrade to the Starter (free) plan, and then click "Delete my account" once more. Once cleared, it will proceed.

Alert: phantom accounts! Check billing and subscriptions first for Loom (owned by Atlassian); cancel any pending invites or active plans under Settings > Billing, then try deleting again. always removes the "pending actions" block.
