Do meeting recordings count towards your ‘Recordings per person’ on Creator Lite plans?
On the Creator Lite plan, the “Recordings per person” limit applies to videos stored in your Loom workspace — not where they were originally recorded.
But Loom now has a meeting recording option, which presumably are then stored in Loom. So do they count towards the limit? The pricing details says you get unlimited meeting recording minutes, but is it still limited to 25 meeting recordings, they can just be however long you want?

Hey @Tony Allsopp
Yes — Loom meeting recordings still count toward the 25-video limit on Creator Lite / Starter. The “unlimited meeting recording minutes” refers to length, not the number of recordings you can keep.
How the limits actually work
On Creator Lite (Starter), there are two different limits that exist at the same time:
1️⃣ Number of videos (the hard cap)
Creator Lite users can keep up to 25 videos total
This includes:
Regular Loom recordings
Uploaded videos
Meeting recordings created with Loom
Archived videos (they still count)
Atlassian docs confirm that Starter/Creator Lite accounts are limited to 25 videos, and once you reach that, you simply can’t create new recordings unless you delete or upgrade.
