The following error happened during authentication:« Could not authenticate with Atlassian, please try again. If the issue persists reach out to an admin or the Loom support team
@CPM Accounting if you are using Chrome, try using a different browser to login. I see this issue a lot when users are logged into Chrome with a different account then what they use to login to Atlassian with.
If that is not the issue you should check and make sure that the account is setup to work with the organization that Loom is associated with.
