I haven't been able to login since the switch. I logged in with my Google account and that doesn't work. I waited to see if that was resolved and it has not been.
It's incredibly frustrating to no have access to an account that I pay for, and more frustrated that it's so hard to get to someone to help. I tried going to support directly but since I can't login, I can't. Please help.
I'm sorry, that's extremely frustrating. Here's a workaround to get in touch with Loom support if you're not able to open a ticket (which requires logging in):
