Camera AND screen option missing

The option for camera and record is missing. It's not listed as an option I can pick. Is this because it's no longer a free option? The website states it should be available. 

Devices: I tried a Mac and a PC

Permissions: gave all permissions 

Reinstalling: done 

Restarting computer: done

the option for “camera and record” is not listed. That’s the problem. 

you see the bubble but not in combination with the screen record.

Hi, @victoria maria oharra - it looks to me that your settings are correct. You'll select what [1] you want to share and then you can turn your camera [2] on or off (in your scribe, it shows as on), and then finally you can select if you want your audio [3] on/off and which audio input to use.

There isn’t an option for camera and screen record, the only options are full screen or camera only.

You can see my bubble but not when I record.

Okay, so it sounds like your settings may be correct. Does the bubble appear on the screen before you start recording?

Yes, but then it disappears. Again, shouldn’t it list the “camera and record” option? It’s not there.

On the mac app, you select each option individually - there is no "camera and record" option. I see that you posted a screenshot above of a phone app - I'm not sure how those settings work.
