Looming Large: How We Close the Loop with the Teamwork Collection (and Loom!)

Keeping internal and external teams in alignment can feel like you're weaving a million threads and trying to keep them all in check. Loom helps us easily keep our teams in the loop!

Easy Bug Reporting

Have you seen the new Bug Reporting feature? It's how I easily create Jira tickets while simply recording a walk-through of what I'm seeing in my testing. I love that Loom now includes console logs and other developer info for easy sharing! Learn more here!

Meeting Recordings (with AI flair!)

As a public benefit company, we love to save money wherever possible which often means low cost or free tools. Sadly, this often means we lack the capability to do simple things like record our meetings. Loom allows us to record our meetings and easily track to do's and other relevant information in Confluence (and Loom!). I've also used Loom meetings to record an explanation of a new feature, and fed that to a Rovo agent to easily start our user guides.

Software Development with Added Context

I love that I can easily add context to our Jira tickets with the click of a button right from the Jira work item. It lets me stay in the context of the Jira ticket, while also adding additional context with a Loom!

How are you using Loom to keep your teams aligned? How do you use other Atlassian apps with Loom to maintain alignment?
