Hi, my name is Jessica Witt and I am the Director of IT development and applications at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research. I have been at Stowers since 2004 and lead a team of in house developers using agile scrum methodologies. My team is responsible for developing, configuring and administering many of the institute’s scientific and operations-related custom applications.
We found the Atlassian tool suite in 2011 and it helped transform our development processes and team environment. I love the way Atlassian supports non-profits like us and am very happy to help host AUG events to create conversations about better dev practices in our city.
