ITSM Excellence Highlights and Upcoming In-Person Event

I hope everyone who joined the ITSM Excellence session hosted by the Kitchener-Waterloo group found it as interesting as I did! In case you missed it, here are a few highlights:

• Appsvio shared a demo of their ITSM Reports for JSM app.
• Rootly provided an overview of their platform which helps automate incident management response process.
• There's a new Atlassian certification, ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations certification. There is a free certification prep course that covers a variety of topics related to ITSM and JSM.

In-Person KC Event on March 21st!
