Unable to login Atlassian's job portal - candidate login

Dear all, new to the community and group.

Lately, I have not been able to login to Atlassian's job portal / candidate login leading to unable to check the status of the job that I applied. Is this an ongoing issue?

Any pointers / lead / email ID to recruitment team to ask / enquire about would be a massive help, thanks.

Hi @Laurie Sciutti thank you for sharing this. I did try logging job portal / candidate login. Since I was logged in with the Atlassian Community, it somehow got me to the webpage https://globalcareers-atlassian.icims.com/jobs/

However, if I try to login from a different browser, it takes me to the Atlassian's product's / tools login page(attached screenshot). I am wondering, should not I be allowed to login to the jobs / candidate portal irrespective of the fact that I logged on to the community forum or not ? I am confused to be honest. Any insights please ?

After multiple attempts to update my candidate profile numerous times, the ICIMS portal continues to 'forget' the updates and resets or randomly loses critical information and/or re-orders the fields incorrectly. 

I wanted to make sure I am providing accurate and up-to-date information so as not to trigger any system flags so I've tried disconnecting my LInkedIn profile and opted out of AI 'auto-scanning' and have been re-entering data manually into each field, only to lose it again the next time I login.  I've tried Chrome, Edge and Safari and have had the same experience regardless of browser or various security settings.

Anyone have any 'pro tips' to successfully updating the ICIMS candidate profile with the correct information?  I'm concerned the bots are auto-rejecting 1000's of resumes due to system errors that are in no way the fault of interested and well-qualified candidates.

Hello all,

I submitted a "General Inquiry" through Atlassian Support. The support has been wonderful and I am now able to update my ICIMS profile.

Developers are still working through some redirection issues, I am told by my Atlassian Support representative. The ICIMS system is still rearranging my professional experience and showing multiple null address fields when updating my profile. I am hoping this gets fixed as well.

I told support I'd still like to see a login for Atlassian ICIMS to directly access your dashboard and profile for Atlassian Careers. Currently, you can only view your profile or dashboard when applying for a new position. Additionally, I'd like to be able to view what was submitted for each application via that dashboard; for example, a downloadable PDF of what was submitted for each position. 

I hope this helps someone.

Work Item 1153368 for anyone at Atlassian who may be looking.

Below is the last summary I provided to Atlassian Support today after submitting a second video demonstrating what has been fixed, along with the remaining issues:

Summary

  • I can now update my profile in an incognito or standard browser window.

    • Multiple address lines still populate no matter what, and I have to delete the extra ones and add my address information into the first one before updating and resubmitting.

    • My professional experience is still out of order from how I initially submitted it into my Atlassian ICIMS profile.

  • I did disconnect my Google Account from ICIMS prior to this test, but I had attempted this before. I reconnected my Google Account after sending you today’s video and I was still able to update my profile successfully. It still showed the multiple address fields when updating.

    • I see a new secondary Atlassian login screen under the ICIMS dot com domain when the Google Account is not connected to ICIMS.

  • The “blocked by CORS policy” errors may or may not have anything to do with the remaining errors.

  • Would be nice to have:

    • Access your careers (ICIMS) dashboard and profile via your Atlassian profile or careers page link.

      • If not connected to my Atlassian profile, at least have a way for applicants to access their Atlassian ICIMS profile and dashboard without having to apply for another position first.

    • View what you submitted for each application, for example, what your application looked like at submission time or a printable PDF of the entire application.

      • This is really just to ease my mind that is thinking the profile corruption, or whatever this was, may have caused me to miss the mark on previous applications.
