Hi all!
I hope all is well and you are looking forward to the weekend. It is that time of year when people start exploring other job opportunities, and I want to see if I can help!
I am a recruiter who specialises in helping Atlassian professionals find new gigs. I have collaborated with several partners and companies over the past six months- mainly in the US.
I love how friendly and community-oriented everyone is in the Atlassian space, and it has been such a pleasure to work with a few of you!
I have noticed that there are very few dedicated Atlassian recruiters (mainly people who hire Jira professionals and don't know the difference between Cloud and Data Center!). As such, candidates don't have good experiences with recruiters.
I am aiming to be a go-to for people in the ecosystem, and I operate with the highest levels of discretion, morality and professionalism (unusual for a recruiter!). I wanted to see if people would be interested in learning more about the hiring landscape and some tips and tricks to make themselves more marketable for potential roles? Feel free to email me or connect with me on LinkedIn using the information below.
Apologies for the essay, and I look forward to connecting with some of you over the next month or so!
