Hi community!

My name is Tania, and I've been working with Atlassian tools — Jira and Jira Service Management in particular — for almost three years now. A few months ago, the company I was with went through a rough patch bringing in new clients and had to end our relationship. It wasn't easy, but since then I've been looking for a new opportunity where I can collaborate, contribute, and keep challenging myself.

A little about what I bring: I'm a Certified Atlassian Consultant (ACP-420 & ACP-620) with hands-on experience administering JSM on Cloud at enterprise scale — ITIL processes (incident, change, problem and request), workflows, SLAs, Jira Automation and JQL, Confluence and REST API integrations. I collaborated in the design and deployement of a Rovo (Atlassian AI) agent, and I really enjoy the people-facing side too: running training sessions and helping teams get genuinely comfortable with the tools. I speak English and Spanish and I'm open for remote positions in LATAM.
