I'm an IT/Support Operations Manager with hands-on experience running Jira Service Desk, managing SLAs, automating workflows, and keeping projects organised across teams. I've been using Jira in a real operational context, not just ticking boxes.
I'm looking to take on a remote Jira Org Admin role for a company or non-profit that needs someone to help clean up their instance, set up projects properly, or manage day-to-day admin. Happy to do this at no cost in exchange for the experience and exposure to different Jira environments.
